When we asked where the disabled toilet was, we were told that we could either take her up the stairs to the toilets or the male manager on shift “would be more than happy to take” my disabled, female friend to the toilet. Later on the same manager was rude about my friend and made her uncomfortable. Ridiculed her in front of everyone due to her being disabled. Followed us outside when we tried to leave and continued with disgusting remarks against her. Vile, vile place to be.
